Como un cajón con llave cerrado en nuestro interior que, alguien, un día cualquiera, te lo abre y no lo puedes volver a cerrar jamás. No eres lo suficientemente buena, no deberías lograr lo que estás consiguiendo, no mereces estar aquí. El Síndrome de la Impostora es ese monstruo, ese cajón.”
Con estas palabras de Celia Gallego [1], comenzamos hoy un programa en el que queremos abrir ese cajón, sacar nuestros miedos e inseguridades hacia afuera y decir “aquí estoy”.
Hemos oído hablar en infinidad de ocasiones del síndrome de la impostora, del síndrome del impostor… ¿Son lo mismo? ¿Lo sufrimos todas por igual? ¿Afecta únicamente a las profesiones artísticas? ¿Qué lo define? ¿Dónde están sus límites?
Hoy traemos muchas preguntas y, tal vez, no tantas respuestas, pero hemos querido convocar a varios perfiles porque lo que sí tenemos claro es que éste es un tema que sólo se puede hablar desde la vivencia y el corazón.
